Ryan Engle

Ryan is a Partner at TT Capital Partners. He is a member of TTCP’s investment team, responsible for day-to-day management, deal execution, and portfolio management. He joined TTCP in 2015 and serves on a variety of TTCP’s committees, including the Investment Committee, Valuation Committee, and ESG Committee.

Ryan has over 20 years of experience leading investments and M&A transactions spanning private equity funds, a global investment bank and the strategy function of a large, multinational corporation. He has extensive experience actively working with portfolio company management teams and leading transactions, both as an advisor and an investor. Ryan currently sits on the boards of TTCP portfolio companies CareConnectMD, MedZed (observer) and Propio Language Services (observer). He previously served on the boards at Updox, Audacious Inquiry, NextHealth Technologies, and Navvis (observer).

Prior to joining TTCP, Ryan worked in private equity for Lindsay Goldberg and Norwest Mezzanine Partners, where he evaluated and executed acquisitions of buyout targets in a variety of industries. He began his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley, serving in New York, São Paulo, and Chicago. He was also a leader in the corporate development group at Cargill, a $130 billion corporation focused globally on the food, agricultural, and financial sectors.

Ryan earned a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame with a major in accounting and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with a focus on finance and international business.
